Had a lovely lady called Emma today came to clean my kitchen/bathroom as being a single parent with twins the cleaning slowly got on top of me, with the help of Emma she has cleaned my kitchen and bathroom amazingly! A2B cleaners in Durham are disingenuous and disgraceful after querying the hours to cleaning several student let properties I own in the Durham area. As a landlord with over 20 years plus experience and a hotel on top I hired this company as my housekeeping staff were not available in the 1st week of July 25. I saw the google reviews for A2B cleaning in Durham and met up with Abbie in person to discuss cleaning my student let properties. It was agreed £25/hr and that some properties needed 3 hrs to 8hrs clean maximum after I had instructed with my experience with photographic evidence of what each property required. To receive bills of  £330 to £375  for 2 properties respectively for a 3 bed and 4 bed standard house does not equate to £25/hr even with the VAT added ! I know it would take 5 hours max per property for a thorough clean . These properties in question were not 10 or 12 hrs plus vat job at £25/hr ! To refuse taking my calls by Abbie and demand payment and threaten me with Bailiffs shows how desperate they are ! Oh I settled the bills and paid within 24 hours . I have a right to publish my experience with A2B cleaners in Durham on their absolute unprofessional approach and extortionate unjustifiably bills. To add car parking charges which they removed once questioned ,when there is free car parking on site shows how competent this company is. All your messages are saved , so I hope you can learn from experience you are never going to be recommended by me .
